HOW WE WORK
We love meeting potential clients and therefor we offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs. If meeting in person is difficult, we have a number of international clients, we can communicate via email, telephone and Skype. After our initial meeting to find out your needs, we will supply you with a quote which you have the liberty to change or adjust according to your need or budget.
When accepting our quote we will send you a booking fee invoice to secure our services on the day of your wedding and to give us the luxury of spending the time on planning your floral designs and booking a mock-up table. We prefer doing the set-up at the venue that you are getting married at but can also do it at our showroom in Midrand.
Once the wedding or event is booked we do the mock-up at no extra cost except for travel cost to and from the venue. If we do it at our showroom there is no extra cost. If you need additional decor that we don’t offer, we can source it for you but there might be an extra fee to collect it and drop it off again for your mock-up and wedding. If you don’t want to book us before seeing a mock-up our fee is R1500 excluding travel cost. If you book us after the mock-up the R1500 will be deducted from your final invoice.
We devote a lot of time and personal service to our brides therefor we only book one wedding a weekend, therefor you will get all the attention and special service you deserve as a bride and groom.
